Job Description
Requirement:
1. Bachelor
本科
2. Three years’ experience at automotive components material planner
三年汽车零部件物料计划经验
3. Computer Proficiency: Ability to use applicable financial and in-house software to do need analysis and report generation required to support management and decision-making activities
计算机水平：能够使用一定的的内部财务软件进行必要的分析和生成报告，以支持管理和决策活动
4. Fluent in English, both oral and written
英语口语和书写流利
5. Familiar with ERP
熟悉ERP系统
Responsibilities:
1. Purchasing: identify and negotiate with suppliers for indirect material outside corporate purchasing scope to minimize material cost and meet quality, delivery and material performance expectations
采购：与供应商就公司采购范围之外的间接材料进行确认和谈判，以降低材料成本，满足质量、交货和材料性能的要求
2. Logistics: identify and negotiate with transportation suppliers to maximize service and control inbound/outbound freight costs and delivery performance
物流：识别鉴定并与运输供应商进行谈判，以***限度地提高服务质量，并控制进出港货运成本和交付绩效
3. Warehousing - select, negotiate and oversee third party logistic warehouse to maximize service and minimize handling costs
仓储-选择、协商和监督第三方物流仓库，来***化服务和最小化处理成本
4. Supplier Performance: work together with other team to direct the necessary activities to insure global and domestic supply base is continuously improved to support business objectives
供应商绩效：与其他团队合作，指导必要的活动，以确保全球和国内供应基础不断改善，以支持业务目标
5. Material Planning and execution: based on production plan to develop material supply plan, release PO to suppliers and follow up purchased materials available on time
物料计划和执行：根据生产计划制定物料供应计划，向供应商下达采购订单，并及时跟踪采购的物料
6. Performs other duties as required
