Description:

1. Supplier management: responsible for S-OTD&DIN& Healthy Stock ratio& supplier performance
2. Response for inventory control and excess analysis: close track stock and continue to optimize the inventory level, improve the healthy ratio of raw stock.
3. Response for check & release PO to suppliers based on actual demands, tracking delivery schedule based on actual plan to ensure all material availability for production schedule
4.Shortage management: organize and optimize the various procurement /logistics solution with suppliers, applying principles / rules. Pilot the corrective and preventives actions to solve the upstream supply chain issues of the plant using the 8D methodology
5.System related including, V-FAST/SSP-FCST, One MM Tool -UHS, New KPI, iwork-NPP, SAP related…
6.Cooperate with internal & external departments, including warehouse for material cycle count, stock taking analysis and accurate improvement

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor, Logistics Management related or international trade related
Job Related Experience: 3+ year experience in procurement or logistics field
Business Understanding: Good sense for the supply chain and MRP
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): good written & spoken English, SAP, MS Office

Schneider (Suzhou) Transformers Co., Ltd. (SST), founded on June 27, 2002, is invested by Schneider Electric and mainly produces 10KV～35KV (315 KVA - 3150 KVA) Dry transformers with the brand of "Schneider Electric". In the first-stage, the building area is totally 6000 sq. meters. SST broke the earth in SIP Suzhou in September 2002, and the new building was completed in February 2003. In May 2003, SST made her official announcement of commercial launching of Trihal cast resin transformers. SST have completely employed the technology of Schneider Electric and imported the best production equipment and test instrument in the world. Specially designed according to the characteristics of China Market, SCB10 and SCB9 series Trihal represents the present advanced technology level of dry type transformer in the world. SST has incorporated the industry & quality management experience and operation system of Schneider Electric.
