Responsibilities:

• Compliance with company rules and regulations，responsible for material handling business covering in ST & Body Shop / PT & GA shop, ensure the normal and orderly operation of the logistics area and report to Material Handling Associated Manager,

• Comply with the company's shift system, shift and overtime according to the company's production plan.

• Manage the daily operation and focus on changes management in safety, quality, response, cost and people

• Lead the team to discover and eliminate potential safety hazards on site in time, and create a safe and healthy working environment through continuous improvement.

• Lead teamwork to accomplish KPI index with safety, quality, response, cost and people;

• Pay attention to the daily management of T/L;

• Make good arrangements for succession and pre-shift meetings to ensure effective information transmission and communication, and pay attention to team building and echelon building;

• To instruct and train team leaders to conduct standardized operation training for employees,

• To guide employees to find waste in their work, put forward reasonable suggestions, eliminate waste on site and reduce operating costs.

• Regular attention to staff attendance, attendance and turnover management to ensure smooth and orderly production;

• Cooperate with logistics planning, cooperate with new project implementation preparation work, arrange parts receiving, on-line and alarm work according to project list and time nodes of each stage in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project;

• Assist Associated Manager to Improve Production Efficiency and Shorten Cycle

Requirements:

• Have experience working in a Material Operation environment in relative company.

• Strong initiative, strong motivation, responsibility and confidence to achieve goals

• Strong communication and management skills combined with business analytics, process and system development and change management

• Excellent communication skills, teamwork awareness and learning ability, high sense of responsibility and dedication, and ability to solve problems independently

• Priority is given to having a certain background of on-site logistics operation in the automotive industry.

• Have ability communication for the business target in basic oral and written English.
