Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Material Planning and control according to the production, resource balancing, capacity and availability control of all parts. 根据生产需求进行物料的计划控制，平衡资源并根据产能有效的控制所有物料；

2. Shortage management and usage of emergency strategies to assure in time delivery of all parts. 缺料管理及制定确保所有物料交期的预警策略；

3. Safety stock implementation, control of stock level and supervision of inventory. 安全库存的管理，控制库存并监督管理总量;

4. Make material plan and call off according to the production plan, forecast and the stock level. 依据生产计划、客户需求预测、库存水平等制作物料需求计划，并制做采购订单；

5. Involve project material purchasing, issue call off according to sample request from project and follow the delivery.参与项目物料的采购，依据项目需求，释放项目物料采购订单并跟催；

6. Place call off and coordinate the deliveries with suppliers 下发采购订单并与供应商协调物料的发运工作；

7. Monitor suppliers to ensure on time delivery. 监督供应商以确保准时交付；

8. Apply the payment for each call off. 申请货款；

9. Receive the handover work from project buyer of the new project which goes into SOP stage.项目进入量产后，从项目采购交接相应物料采购工作；

10. Daily work continue improvement.日常工作的持续改进；

11. Other assigned work.上级主管分配的其他工作。

Requirements:

1. College degree 大学学历;

2. more than two years material planning working experience, the paint material planning experience is preferred .2年以上物料管理工作经验,有油漆采购经验优先；

3. Skilled at both oral and written English 英语良好；

4. Good knowledge of purchasing, material management and supplier management 有良好的订单管理、材料管理及供应商管理经验；

5. Good Microsoft Office software(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills 熟练使用办公软件；

6. Good communication skills 良好的沟通协作能力。
