With the recent development into a regional hub for spare parts, our organization delivers over 30,000 customer order lines a month throughout China and Asia-Pacific for 10 different brands within the Atlas Copco Group. The main activities are: customer service, inventory planning, warehousing and shipping, supported by strong purchasing, controlling, IT, SHEQ and HR departments.

We are currently looking for a Master Data Steward to support our growth and achieve the company’s targets on service excellence and operational efficiency. Mission:

Your mission is to maintain and improve the master data in our SAP system to ensure a clean system in master data area.

Job Description:

• Create and maintenance material master in SAP.

• Communicate with internal partner to get the necessary information based on the master data processes.

• Regular check to make sure the accuracy of material master.

• Material master trouble shooting.

• Seek for continuous improvement in master data process.

• Contribute to the ACDC project in master data tasks

• Other tasks assigned by team leader or manager.

  
  

  Requirement:

• University degree.

• Good computer skills (MS Excel), preferably with experience of SAP.

• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

• Good command of English both in writing and speaking.

• Customer oriented
