Overall Purpose of Job

To provide lead support for the governance of Customer/Vender/GL account master data in theSAP, BPCS, QAD, in accordance with corporate controls and regulations. Highest level ofaccuracy and attention to detail is required.

Major Responsibilities

• Analysing, executing, and accurately maintaining vendor, customer, GL master in theAsia Pacific Organization in SAP, BPCS, QAD environment, and using input fromappropriate internal sources.

• Co-ordinate, support, validate master data entry and acts as the point of contact forFinance Organization and Purchasing to meet customer delivery requirements.

• Analyse life span of master data objects and deletion. Work with appropriate functionalarea to analyse inactive master data and recommend list of master data for obsolescence.

• Conduct regular checks and troubleshoot master data issues across IT application systems.

• Provide and maintain KPI reports to GPO. Record KPI issues for resolution with theBusiness and Master Data organization.

• Execute SOX control reports and escalate issues if needed to GPO and SOX Champion.

• Work closely with Master Data on process improvements.
