Mission and Purpose:
Audi Retail Consulting acts as a full service provider for the Audi Sales Division in terms of consulting and qualification. Within its function within the project management office, the main tasks are to develop concepts to establish high level Dealer consultation. In addition the Master Coaches act as business coaches to ASD Dealer Consultants (DOC), They will coordinate all relevant retail project actions and will ensure the quality of implementation. Overall, Audi Retail Consulting works for the systematically increase of profitability of the entire sales chain, to offer the holistic consulting approach in consideration of the individual business environment of our Audi partner. Also as enabler to the dealers for the successful transformation analogous to the Audi future strategy.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be as an expert in all business areas (Sales, after sales, Finance and Insurance, Used car, general management) of automotive retail business.
- Provide consultancy, including pre-consulting analysis, on-site consulting delivery and post consulting documentation with the aim to develop Audi retail business in China, improve customer satisfaction and enhance overall dealership operation performance in the long run which included but not limited as follows:
- Conduct interviews with key staffs & managements in the dealership to do the qualitative & quantitative 360 degree research analysis and data collection independently;
- Analyze data and work out the feasible action plan for the dealership in the diversified business field;
- Prepare &Present results & presentations to the GM of dealership and project stakeholders;
- Get feedback from dealership and offer the best solutions for the diversified business field in the dealership;
- Follow up the action plan and make the dealership sustainable development;
- Continuously improve her/his own consulting capability and coach the Dealer Operation Consultant from ASD in the dealership profitability improvement project.
- Support for concept development and quality check which enhance the Retail Consulting project.
- Identify improvement opportunities and support for performance analysis.
Qualifications:
Education Background:
- Master degree in Business Administration/Trade/Economics or related field.
- Worked successfully in the automotive environment at a dealership with more than 10 years experience and be as a GM in the premium brand at least 3 years.
- Worked in a regional position as a field force within the automotive business or for an OEM in the retail business related field for at least 3 years will be a plus.
- 5 years consultancy experience in the automotive industry is a must.
- Project management experience is a plus.
Professional Skills:
- Strong data analysis & problem solving skill is a must
- Proficiency in MS office( PPT, Excel).
- Expertise in dedicated area of the dealership(new car sales, used car, After sales, finance and management).
- Coaching skill is a plus.
