- Work together with Senior program manager for executing recruitment-driven marketing activities
- Work with external partners to produce the marketing, advertising, and promotional (online and offline) materials, souvenir and gifts of the DBA program;
- Diagnose, Enhance, optimize online & offline image through regular tools and produce and write contents both in Chinese and in English languages:
- Search engine (Google, Baidu, Bing, etc.)
- SNS (wechat, weibo, Twitter, Facebook, linkedin, Zhihu etc.)
- Knowledge (content generation) under the form of text, Photos, videos
- Provide comparison information for evaluation by monthly/quarterly/yearly
- Others
- Be responsible for the Marketing effectiveness for the recruitment related information sessions/events;
- Ensure professional presentation of the program’s brand and image in all aspects of the program: recruitment, marketing and operation lifecycle;
- Conduct appropriate and effective follow-up activities on press release after activities;
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reports of the execution of recruitment-driven marketing plan
- Work together with Senior Program manager to plan and execute admissions related events, develop and update a database of potential applicants and follow up in appropriate manners;
- Follow up with key channels and partners that would bring potential applicants and maintain good relationship;
- Work together with Senior Program manager to organize and attend recruitment related events and activities including info-sessions, education exhibitions, company visits and etc.;
- Assist to arrange full interview process with chosen applicants, preparing and sending offer letters and assisting actual enrollment in the program;
- Generate recruitment report with ROI and comparison information as requested;
- Implement and optimize the Admission procedures;
- Participant in daily operation process on request from the team;
- Ensure the smooth transaction from recruitment/admission to the participation of the program by admitted students;
- Assist with the execution of educational events by managing the logistics, catering, room reservations, preparing agendas, gathering materials, and communicating with the attendees;
- Assist in the teaching supports & logistics for the program operation affairs, such as assessment, courses, assignments, inbound/outbound trip, dissertation defense and evaluation; student/alumni profile, academic records, enrollment/de-rollment, visa and transcript services; opening and graduation ceremony, the participation of global ranking, in line with the triple accreditation standard: AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA;
- Bachelor level. Master & MBA level preferred;
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in the executive education industry;
- Fluent in English and Chinese; French is a plus;
- Result-oriented, autonomous, a fast-learner, enjoy creative works;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proven marketing and/or recruitment track record;
- Ability to deliver results against tight deadlines;
- Proven project management skills (managing and developing projects; an effective team player);
- Office software skill, including the ability to use related software, databases;
- A command of some design software such as VUE, Photoshop or illustrator is a plus;
- Spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship (“early makers”);
- Great attention to details, with a particular and a demonstrated commitment to quality assurance
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills (including risk management).
- Good awareness & curiosity of key issues, trends, opportunities and challenges in the higher education sector, dare to innovate;
- Experience of higher education in France or in Europe;
- General academic management skills (student/academic affairs, registrar affairs and etc.) is a plus;

Marketing and Recruitment Manager of Global DBA program is to involve in all aspects of DBA student life cycle from enrollment to graduation. Be an active role in marketing and promotion, fulfillment of the annual recruitment targets and program academic operations of the DBA program, business school Asia.
This position is a great platform to evolve further in the cohort as it will give the Manager a very good understanding of the school. The mission will include but not limited to:
1. Marketing activities (55%)
2. Recruitment & admission (35%)
3. Assist on program operation (10%)
