• Drive company marketing strategies and continually looks for ways to improve systems and processes designed to more effectively measure and increase client prospect conversion rate
• Develop and execute quarterly marketing plan as approved by the management team
• Response the day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts including project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary
• Vendor relationships that support marketing, branding, and new agent onboarding including evaluating metrics, contract management, etc.
• Assists in monitoring brand business metrics and supports the development of new brand tracking across businesses
• Meets with appropriate internal team members to understand key issues within the company
• Develop marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment policy, nature of market, copyright and royalty requirements, and cost and markup factors

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in marketing or business related fields will be preferred
• Strong ability of coordinating business with clients
• Fluent in Mandarin and effective communication skills both in oral and written English
• Excellent interpersonal skills/flexibility/adaptability
• Minimum 1 year team management experience will be plus
• Creativity, tenacity, goal-driven and open-minded
• Microsoft office application
