Responsibility:
1. Public Relationship:
- Build up Good Connection with Media and Keep Close Communication with Key Editors/ Reporters
- Develop and Implement Communication Tools e.g. Ads, Press Releases, Articles etc. for Better Products and Brand Awareness
- Develop New Media Platforms Based on the Digitalization Trends
2. Internal Communications:
- Monthly Newsletter Development and Maintenance
- Keep Close Communications within the Region, between German Marketing and Corporate Communications Team
- Company Internal Magazine Development and Maintenance
- Intranet Management to Keep the Materials and Information Up-to-Date
3. External Targeted Communications:
- More Regular and Frequent EDM for Information Sharing to Customers
- Corresponding EDM Activities to Support Offline Events
4. Association/Membership Management:
- Keep Close Communication with Vertical Associations and Membership Management
- Association Event Preparation and Execution
5. Regional Events:
- Regional Event Preparation and Coordination e.g. APAC MD and Marketing Meeting, Training etc.
- Other Internal Event Organization e.g. Annual oneDay etc.
6. Other Works as Assigned.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree with more than 3 years working experience in Marketing Communications or Corporate Communications. With APAC working experience will be preferred.
2. International education or working experience will be preferred.
3. Strong English writing and speaking skills.
4. Japanese or Korean language skills will be a plus.
5. Familiar with design software e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere or other graphic and video editing software.
6. Multi-projects management skills and can work under pressure.
7. Result oriented with details focus.
