工作职责：

1.与总部市场部保持沟通，执行品牌的维护及推广；

2.策划中心周边商场与社区的市场推广活动，洽谈合作并实施，推广品牌在中心周边的社会影响力；

3.策划会员活动并执行，为会员提供良好的增值服务体验；

4.负责策划、组织、执行相关市场和宣传活动，并持续跟进活动效果及总结反馈，及时改进调整；

5.负责市场例子和潜在客户的信息搜集，市场***团队的招募、培训和管理；

6.核算各项市场活动费用产出比，优化资源利用，实现成本控制；

7.负责开发客户资源，积极开发维护婴幼儿异业合作，包括：活动植入、资源置换、品牌推广等；

8.负责维护中心微博、微信的更新发布及其它新媒体等渠道推广工作。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销及相关专业，或1年以上相关从业经验；

2. 性格开朗，喜欢孩子，热爱儿童教育事业；

3. 具有良好的沟通表达及协调能力，突出的执行能力；

4. 具备较强的文字表达能力，可以简单操作PS等绘图软件；

5. 具有较强的规划、分析能力和创新意识，及较强的数据敏感性；

6. 抗压能力强，有团队意识，工作主动，敢于接受挑战，善于利用合理资源配置。

Responsibilities:

1. Executive the brand marketing plan, maintaining the brand spread and popularization;

2. Plan and organize related marketing activities, and executive them;

3. Plan and executive the member activities for the value added service;

4. Collect market information and potential customer，train and manage the part-time team;

5. Negotiate with shopping mall and community around the center and reach cooperation.

6. Actively cooperate with infants and babies brand, develop marketing resources;

7. Responsible for the budget control and expense management;

8. Responsible for the center microblog and we-chat maintenance update or other spread.

Requirement：

1. College degree or above, in marketing or other relevant major;

2. Opened personality, loving kids and the children educational job;

3. Good communication and executive;

4. Good literal expression ability, able to use simple Microsoft like PS;

5. Strong sense of overall planning ability, creation ability, and analysis sensible with data;

6. Able to work under stress, teamwork, self-drive hardworking, always like challenge.

About the founder
