Principal responsibilities

• Assist to manage and implement research projects covering a wide range of areas including brand proposition, market and competitor analysis, functions and sectors, and translate learnings into business strategy to support integrated marketing plan development that support global and local targets and objectives
• Localize global thought leadership and publications to China market
• Responsible for execution of marketing campaigns and events and ensure projects can be completed with good quality under targeted deadline and budget
• Ongoing evaluation of plans and budgets to ensure the resources required are in place and that marketing and business lines are in line with the overall framework

Qualifications

• University degree in Business administration, marketing, communications or a related discipline
• Strong business acumen with good analytical, communication, business modelling and interpersonal skills
• Strong self-motivation and result-oriented, with creativity and the ability to work under pressure and in a challenging and dynamic environment
• Proven ability to work on multi-tasks demonstrating excellent relationship building skills
• Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts
• Can work both independently and as a team player, both at a strategic and tactical level
• Excellent influencing, negotiation, inter personal and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, both verbal and written
