1.Identify potential business channels, and the decision makers within the organization.
2.Set up meetings between decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
3.Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
4.Participate in creating business models.
5.Maintain existing relationships by regular visits or phone calls
6.Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
7.Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop BJURH’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
8.Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
9.Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
任职资格:
?Three to five years of experience in marketing or business development in healthcare or related industries.
?Experience in building successful partnerships with other medical and non-medical services, including corporates, embassies, and financial services, etc.
?Experiences in branding and organizing marketing events are preferred.
?Bachelor’s degree or above
?Excellent communication skills
?Networking and persuasion
?Identification of customer needs and challenges
?Closing skills
?Proactive and can-do attitude
?Being able to prioritize
?Problem solver and team player
?Chinese native speaker, English language skill is preferred
?Adobe software (PS, AI etc.) skills are preferred.
