Marketing Manager - Segmentation & Card Loan (Job ID: 2440)

Responsibilities

• To plan and construct the marketing strategies and promotion activities to achieve both interest and fee income targets
• To develop the Card Instalment Loan Programs and drive other interest bearing programs in order to increase the interest income and fee income
• To monitor the price sensitivity and response score for maximize the return of the Card Instalment Loan Programmes
• To develop the campaign logistics and work closely with internal departments to ensure effective and efficient implementation of planned initiatives
• To work closely with Channel Team to ensure they can meet the assigned business targets

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing, Business, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in the banking industry
• Sound knowledge of retail lending products and relevant lending guidelines
• Strong at financial figures and analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• A good team player with positive working attitude
• Independent, mature, proactive and business oriented
• Strong communication, interpersonal and high risk awareness
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
