My client is a listed insurance company and their business is still growing strong and expanding. They are now looking for an experienced supervisor to take care of their agency recruitment and agency marketing. The position will report directly to the Marketing Director.

Key responsibilities:

• To plan and execute agency recruitment program
• To run monthly recruitment seminars, develop recruitment tools such as brochures and videos, as well as coordinating recruitment campaigns and support to agencies.
• To liaise with various internal and external parties for the arrangement / logistics of media conferences, corporate seminars / events
• To support other large-scale agency events, such as sales meeting, conference and award ceremonies

Key requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Studies or related disciplines
• 8 years of relevant experience in event management, experience as an insurance agent is an advantage
• Can-do attitude and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, attentive to details and strong team spirit
• Excellent project management skills and analytical ability
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
