This position reports to the UBRELVY Sr. Product Manager of Access and Patient Support. This individual will focus on brand analytics surrounding key growth catalysts including but not limited to patient services enhancements, the market access landscape, and financial strategy. This individual will be a strategic partner to our sales force, patient services vendors and internal strategy teams. As a prominent member of the UBRELVY Marketing Team, you must demonstrate a strong competency in communication and quantitative analysis skills to generate the support for their strategic plans with the Integrated Brand Team cross functional teams. This hire can have the opportunity to generate and implement new ideas to improve the brand profile. Key Job Responsibilities Analyze financial impact of brand initiatives Evaluate success of current patient services model while planning/executing future enhancements Partner with market access team to enhance payer negotiation strategies Monitor key business metrics tied to brand growth catalysts Deliver insights for key financial meetings Monitor brand direct marketing expenses (DME) and sample forecast Bring innovative opportunities to differentiate brand through state-of-the-art forms and methods of sales force and customer communication Develop, in close partnership with sales leaders focused on brand strategy and patient services Collaborate and communicate with multiple agencies and external vendors to plan for, prioritize, and execute brand tactics Operate in compliance with all AbbVie internal policies (ethics, environmental health and safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies) and applicable external regulatory requirements Qualifications BA/BS required; MBA preferred Minimum 6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required At least 1–2 years product management experience in patient services and/or market access Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to make effective presentations to internal and external customers, sales teams, and senior management Ability to work across multiple stakeholders Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills Strong interpersonal skills Financial/budgetary experience Significant Work Activities Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day) Travel Yes, 25 % of the Time Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code M Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
