Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for business expansion in Hong Kong, developing sales plans and organizing their implementation;
2. Systematically identify and evaluate potential channel partners in Hong Kong, including but not limited to large supermarkets, shopping centers, etc., to expand brand coverage and market share;
3. Develop and implement channel expansion strategies, including selecting target channels, prioritizing, designing cooperation models, and attracting and negotiating potential partners;
4. Engage and communicate with potential channel partners, establish cooperative relationships by providing brand knowledge, market analysis, and sales strategies;
5. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of channel cooperation, adjust channel strategies based on market feedback and sales data, and ensure the effectiveness and profitability of channel cooperation;
6. Monitor the channel strategies and market dynamics of competitors, adjust their BD strategies in a timely manner, and ensure the company's competitive advantage.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree, limited consideration in Marketing/Business Administration;
2. Resident in Hong Kong, proficient in Cantonese, proficient in English and Mandarin;
3. More than 8 years of sales experience in home textile/clothing channels, more than 5 years of sales management experience, with BD and operation management experience in large supermarkets and shopping center channels in Hong Kong, familiar with the Hong Kong market, and familiar with the business model management of home textile/clothing distributors;
4. Having certain customer resources is better;
5. Having good communication skills, various negotiation skills, keen market insight, and strong adaptability.
