Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will be responsible for a series of marketing initiatives including

• Plan and drive sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets, as well as evaluate the ROI/ effectiveness of the activities.
• Work with digital/ media/ PR/ KOL agencies to develop campaigns to maximize brand awareness and sales.
• Liaise with strategic partners for joint promotion; coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Lead the development of all online communication channels, including social media (Facebook, Instagram), SEM/SEO, and e-commerce website development etc.
• Analyze market landscape and consumer insights to identify business opportunity in the category.
• Implement and monitor loyalty program to encourage repeated purchase.
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required.

The ideal candidate should be:

• University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in FMCG or retail marketing.
• Solid industry experience in sporting goods will be an advantage.
• Responsible, analytical, independent, resourceful with excellent communication and problem solving skills and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager.
