Marketing Manager (Job ID: 2566)

Responsibilities:

• To be a team member of Retail Lending – Card Branding and Usage Section
• To manage credit card bonus points platform through managing marketing campaign, analyze market trend and managing P&L
• To embed digitalization in all initiatives related to reward platform and keep abreast on latest technology
• To work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation
• To liaise potential business partners for marketing promotion and new initiatives
• To coordinate with internal stakeholders in order to ensure the campaigns run smoothly
• To monitor the business performance
• To manage the marketing expense and ensure it worked within the budget
• To ensure all marketing programmes are strictly adhered to compliance and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business or related discipline
• Solid experience in product development and process flow enhancement, preferably in credit card or consumer loan business. Experience in managing reward platform is a plus;
• Creative and good business acumen with excellent marketing skills
• Independent, mature, self-initiated and business oriented;
• Good planning and analytical skills;
• Strong communication skill and risk awareness;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
