Job Description

Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Work with Marketing and Communication department to seek extensive Knight Frank IPM market awareness on social media, print media, TV and etc.

  • Manage WeChat account for International Project Marketing in China at daily basis

  • Enhance WeChat platform and increase readership for IPM Contents in China

    Internal and External Communications

  • Tailor marketing and communication plans for IPM department and understand marketing collateral requirements.

  • Ensure all communications are consistent with the high standard synonymous with the Knight Frank brand and crafted to native-tongue standard in English / Chinese.

  • Manage internal and external copywriting, translation and editing.

    Event Management

  • Organize property exhibitions, cocktail functions, client events, media events, publication launches, and IPM associated events

  • Reach out to chambers, channels and organizations for event cooperation opportunities.

    Database Management

  • Actively work with IPM sales team to manage and build the client database (EMM system)

  • Ensure that marketing collaterals are sent to targeted distribution groups for maximum impact.

  • Produce mailing / emailing contact lists based on marketing plan and predetermined target contacts / sectors.

  • Ensure accuracy of all contact lists and related information prior to delivery of marketing materials to recipients.

    Budgeting

  • Preparation of all IPM marketing budget, mid-year reforecast, and ongoing rolling forecasts.

    Legal and Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all our marketing activities.

    Other Responsibilities

  • Undertake all relevant tasks as directed by the board and the Head of Marketing that would normally be associated with such a role.

Person Specification

  • Degree in marketing, communications and public relationship

  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in marketing, public relations, and marketing communications with an international brand.

  • Good leadership skills; hands-on experience in managing marketing teams in China a pre-requisite.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

  • Strong copywriting skills.

  • Proficient computer literacy skills.

  • Detail orientated; works methodically and open to feedback.

  • Demonstrated tenacity/persistence, curiosity, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and creativity.

  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently and in teams.
