The Marketing Manager at J&J, will lead company's marketing activities and projects, with a strong focus on the digital side. The candidate we are looking for should have a passion for digital marketing and PR. Particularly important to the role are written communication skills and ability to localize global marketing content to the Chinese market. With our many online projects and social media campaigns the right candidate should have 7 years of working experience in the field.

• Understand the Chinese online and digital landscape.

• Be familiar with the digital marketing industry with proven experience in Wechat, Weibo, Red, Douyin and Baidu.

• Have experience with influencer marketing, PR and event execution.

• Experience in making marketing plans.

• Have copy writing skills

• Be familiar with communicating with brand owners in China and overseas market.

• Be business minded

• International experience

• Fluent in Chinese

• Fluent in English

• In collaboration with commercial director and brand managers: plan and execute yearly marketing plans on platforms such as Wechat, Weibo, Red and Baidu.

• Lead PR and KOL projects

• Work with trade marketing and offline events

• Own the marketing budget and secure it’s followed

• Lead and supervise the members of the marketing team and make sure deadlines are being met.

• Communicate weekly with brand managers and support for marketing and sales promotions.

• Promote the company weekly on the international market, using but not limited to LinkedIn and Instagram.

• In November present a marketing budget for coming year and in June an update on current year.

• Support company in business development activities and marketing plans/pitch for new prospects

• Comply with and maintain J&J’s process for customer and vendor agreements.
