Marketing Manager J.D.
To lead, plan and execute Dragonfly’s marketing and sales strategy, to bring our brand up to the next level as we grow our footprint in China.
To bring the brand to a higher level of professionalism and to measurably improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Reports to the General Manager
Works with other team members in Operations, IT and Administration departments
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, Design and Customer Service Team
- Plan and execute Marketing strategy to build our brand image among key target markets (Chinese
and International customers). Promote Brand value, DNA.
- Plan, create and execute online and offline our Advertising campaigns and sales promotions.
- Measure marketing results & sales performance and recommend actions to improve performance
in each shop.
- Help build & strengthen our use of digital communications tools and platforms.
- Improve our in-shop visual merchandising. CRM tools to improve marketing and sales
- Build Manage relationships with online and offline media (inside China and outside), channel
partners and KOL’s to strengthen our brand image.
- Build strategic relationships with other complementary brand partners.
- Measure the results of our marketing efforts and recommend actions to improve performance for
each shop.
- Provide marketing training guidance and support onto our frontline sales and marketing to front-
line staff team.
- Build up the Corporate sales department
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction
- Conduct periodic performance reviews of key staff;
Key Requirements Basic Qualifications
- 5-10 years professional work experience in marketing/sales function with demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing strategy
- Chinese and English (reading/writing/speaking) at high level
- Strong knowledge of marketing and sales
- Experience with spa or hospitality market a plus
- Familiar marketing to both International and Chinese guests

- 建立其他的互补品牌战略略关系;
- 为⼀一线员⼯工提供对销售和市场营销的培训⽀支持;
- 探索合发展公司的销售机会;
- 监管客户的反馈和满意度;
- 进⾏行行定期的主要员⼯工的表现评估;
基本要求
- 5-10年年的专业市场推⼴广与个⼈人销售经验,制定和执⾏行行市场战略略;
- 跟踪记录零售连锁品牌推⼴广反馈;
- 良好的中英⽂文表达能⼒力力(⼝口语/书⾯面);
- ⼤大学本科或以上学历(市场营销或企业管理理)
核⼼心竞争⼒力力
- 较强的市场营销和销售能⼒力力;
- 有Spa或酒店⾏行行业市场推⼴广经验者优先; * 熟悉国际和中国的市场环境;
- 灵活运⽤用微软办公软件;
