Key Accountabilities:

  • Shape the market and identify growth opportunities for Amgen Oncology and Hematology franchise.
  • Lead the OHBU strategy, operational matters and new product launch. Seamless execution of strategy and development/tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand success at the strategic and tactical level.
  • Accountability toward the people development and coaching teams focusing on building up marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • As a local Marketing team leader, the role will partner with local Med/VAP/RA, regional brand team and other cross-functional partners to lead oncology portfolio strategy and the matters related to the brand activities.
  • Develop marketing strategy and positioning based on deep customer journey understanding, market insight and logistic analysis and in line with global strategy and local cooperate objectives.
  • Lead oncology portfolio Long Range Plan, LE/forecast, quarterly business review and product launch redness processes.
  • Drive portfolio performance by providing strategic direction and solutions to field sales team and offer a compelling/differentiated value of products to achieve objective.
  • Develop multi-channel marketing programs (non-branded/disease awareness, branded, educational), execute and measure through optimal channels to build up positive customer experience.
  • Coach and develop direct reports and cross-functional teams to achieve sustained growth and success.
  • Develop advocacy programs and partnership across Opinion Leaders, Patient Associations, Societies and other influencers to shape the ecosystem.
  • Represent as good ambassador of all relevant company compliance, policies, procedures and work practices. Support other activities as required by the manager.

Required Qualification/ Experience / Skills / Competencies:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy related is required, and preferably with higher qualification in pharmacy science or marketing related.
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing and people leading experience in MNCs is a must. Oncology product launch experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in oncology or specialty areas is required and interest in continued learning within this rapidly evolving care area with developing technological innovations.
  • Ability to develop business plan, maintain relationships with key stakeholders and monitor the execution of strategies within financial plan.
  • Excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities.
  • Growth mindset and results orientated with strong logical thinking and good influence skills.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written communications.
