• Support to exhibition with main external suppliers in the contact for booth design, out-catering, souvenirs and factory tour etc.
• Support to the updating and follow-up the requirements from the exhibition organizer or exhibitor catalogue
• Support to the internal organization before the exhibition and during exhibition, such as transfer and accommodation
• Support to the translation of media interview and press during the exhibition
• Support to summarize the LEAD/ visiting report
• Support to weekly We-chat message push layout review
• Support to other marketing activity such as social media survey, gift catalogue if required

Requirements

• English is the must (written and oriental), German is plus
• Careful, organizational and responsible.

(It would be the plus if the candidate has different activities organization experiences.)

• Hard working with open minded
• Interested in marketing and events
• Being familiar with office tools such as WORD, EXCLE, PPT and others
• From Now to November, min. 3-4 days per week present;
