职位描述

• Support the line manager on the social media and KOL plan & executional details.
• Manage the brand's RED (小红书) account and propose the content to make sure a regular post schedule
• Manage the RED acount's community to stay in close touch with our audience and customers
• Prepare the regular social performance reports and the study of market trends & consumer’s social behaviors
• Manage the current KOL database and make sure to deliver the product newnewss to the appropriate KOL team
• Keep exploring new KOLs to recruit more brand lovers through a solid KOL strategy
• Build a very clear and strategical KOL database for different product categories, such as lingerie, fragrance, sport, etc.
• To support the brand's key campaigns, product launch, brand events, etc. through social media

任职条件

• A strong passion for social media (personal RED account with over 10k followers is a plus)
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• A good understanding of the current social media trend
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, good organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to multitask
