Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will be responsible for marketing tasks for both physical stores and new e-shop business, including

• Handle daily e-shop operations including product listing, website content update, inventory management, after-sale services and logistics arrangement.
• Handle customer enquiries on products and order status via facebook, email and other channels on a timely basis.
• Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy.
• Regularly develop content for social media.
• Work with digital/ media/ PR/ KOL agencies to develop campaigns to maximize brand awareness and sales.
• Regularly communicate with the leasing department for shop promotion matter.
• Closely work with the Management to achieve business targets.
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required.

 
The ideal candidate should be:

• Diploma or Degree holder, preferably majoring in Communications, Marketing, PR or relevant disciplines.
• At least 2 year working experience in Marketing/ Customer Services. Relevant e-commerce experience will be an advantage.
• Knowledge and/or experience in Digital Marketing/ video editing/ social media management are highly preferred.
• Customer-oriented team player with good communication & problem solving skills.
• Knowledge in sporting goods/ outdoor gears would be a plus.
• Independent, self-initiated, well-organized and attention to details.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good PC knowledge (MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator) and typing skills (English and Chinese)
• Immediately available is preferred.
