MAIN TASKS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Trade Marketing:

Support the Commercial/
Marketing team in developing 360 briefs with commercial teams and
merchandising.
In charge of marketing
tools updates (plan, visuals, trade, novelties information) + efficiently
communicate to the rest of the teams, on a regular basis.
PR communication: in charge
of organizing PR and VIP Events
In charge of sending press
files and products to our in-flight magazines database and manage airlines
business
Responsible for
implementation of brand retail marketing calendars, and deliver local
promotional programs within the retail channels


2. Digital/ Social Media/
E-Retail:

Work closely with Regional
Digital Manager to implement Digital Calendars from ideation, agency brief,
executions and evaluations
Coordinate between internal
departments, Retailer and agency for campaign executions and ensure on-time
content development. Assist coordination & follow up of digital activations
(eg, social media posts on eRetailer social channels)
Consolidate digital content
from Paris Digital teams & adjust content with regional team
Closely monitor social trends
and identify new social platforms that are relevant to the brand and enhance
brand digital content
  • Manage brand sites content in terms of
regular new product content and seasonal Limited Launch updates
Update master database for
product assortments across all e-Retailers


3. Competitive Analysis:

Monthly report on China LM/
TR China for competition trade, launches and key best practices
Monthly Analysis for TR
China new launches and comparison versus competition


4. Project Management:


  • Assist the marketing team in development of
creative and esthetics presentations to be presented internally (top
management, teams) and externally (clients).
  • Assist the commercial/ marketing team in the
implementation of podiums in store
  • Help to organize 3 major events through the
year: GP PR events, CHINA BA Seminar, Sunrise China Conference for GS

5. CRM Strategy deployment:

Explore CRM Opportunities
for TR China using social media datas and Guerlain Perfumeur boutique network
Develop and implement
customer loyalty program and related initiatives
Monitor data capture and
update at POS level, and managing the data retention


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS


Bachelor degree above
3 years retail working experience includes marketing
background
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Good at Microsoft office, including Word, Excel
PowerPoint, etc.
