Job Description
  • Build the Marketing and Launch capabilities development plans of Marketing staffs and activities on annual bases for respective x-functional teams and in line with Capabilities Frameworks and leads them through execution. Establish marketing KPI’s, monitor ROI and work to develop insight and actions accordingly.
  • Work with Business Unit Director and Senior Leader to define and align training strategy for relevant MKT staff in each BU / department in accordance with business targets. Implement and embed Global Marketing Excellence framework in AstraZeneca Vietnam for improving the Marketing capabilities. Involve Global & Local resources for developing of educational programs and projects.
  • Creates a design and format of different training programs for MKT based on business needs. Develops programs taking into account global tools and practices. Defines and suggests the appropriate type of training in compliance with budget. Ensure the implementation and support for the usage of Global tools for Launch & Marketing excellence (Launch planner & framework, One4ALL brand plan framework) across teams.
  • Drive strategic Brand planning process in line with Global GCE\GCA\GPPS recommendations and timelines and Frameworks, Prepare & coordinate internal process for the annual BSP preparation. Conducting annual strategy sessions with the participation of the cross-functional team.
  • Work with Business Unit Director & Senior Leader to ensure a rigorous project management approach to all marketing related activities and initiatives, including new product introductions, phase-outs and marketing communications campaigns, incorporating key performance indicators and project milestones.
  • Implement Global Launch excellence process, manage and lead a consistent and robust local product launch process which incorporates business cases, project plans and stakeholders’ communications plans
  • Driving use of Marketing best practices and tools which are aligned to Global/Regional Commercial Excellence guidelines and materials. Identify opportunities to enhance and leverage best practices sharing MEX & LEX among marketing teams
  • Plans and manages the budget for development plans & trainings according to corporate demands and schedule
