? Ensure the information flow is smoothly between VCCN central, regions and Dealers
? Assist dealer marketing senior manager to deal with overall dealer marketing work.
? Assist dealer marketing senior manager to set up and formulate dealer marketing strategies, plan &execute activities.
? During the retail marketing execution and management process, organize and monitor dealers to fulfill their targets.
? Assist dealer marketing senior manager to plan, control and review dealer marketing fund, tactical support fund, dealer marketing expense, and other cost.
? Plan POSM for each product in dealer showroom. Innovation ability is preferred.
? Coach and monitor dealers to execute their activities, review and give advises to dealers monthly plans and reports, evaluate and summarize dealers works to give a further guidance.
? Marketing and competitive products information collect and analysis.

? BTL project planning and execution.
? Dealer market planning, execution, evaluation and improvement.
? Budget planning, controlling and reviewing.
? Dealer management, including dealer coaching, monitoring and support.
? Cross-functional cooperation ability.
? POSM plan and design
? Bachelor Degree and above
? Good English and PC skills
? At least 3 years dealer marketing work experience in auto OEM industry.
