Job Description
Job Description: (Dubai/Thailand)
1. Responsible for leading the business team to expand channels, sell products, and manage overseas markets, and complete sales tasks;
2. Responsible for formulating sales strategies, plans, targets, and implementation plans for overseas markets, and organizing and following up on the implementation of export plans;
3. Responsible for the main sales goals and plans, developing, participating in or assisting the upper management in implementing relevant policies and systems, and leading the implementation;
4. Responsible for leading the team to achieve the company's sales goals, cultivating, assessing, and motivating the team;
5. Responsible for collecting customer demand information and participating in discussions and policies on major product directions of the company;
6. Timely understanding of industry trends and market information, promoting the company's brand;
7. Optimize overseas sales business processes and establish a comprehensive overseas sales operation management system.
8. Collect and organize relevant market development trends, demand changes, and customer feedback data information.
9. Responsible for team building, guiding and cultivating the business work of department business personnel, and forming excellent teams through the management, motivation, training and guidance of business personnel.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, and writing, with overseas work or study experience;
2. More than 5 years of overseas sales experience, and more than 5 years of experience in managing overseas sales teams for large companies or listed companies in industries such as home appliances, home furnishings, and decoration;
3. Strong business awareness, with the ability to independently develop foreign markets and a keen ability to prevent international risks;
4. Proficient in foreign trade processes and familiar with overseas markets; Proficient in market research, collecting industry information, skilled in channel development and construction;
5. Having excellent overseas market planning ability, overseas market development ability, and marketing ability;
6. Having business negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, resource integration skills, conflict resolution skills, global analysis skills, and persuasive presentation skills.
