Job Description
Key Responsibilities of Role
The Digital Promotional Manager, report to the Senior Marketing Manager, will be responsible for the create and execution of China Digital Marketing programs and material to expand our online brand presence, enhance customer engagement and drive business objectives for the NIOX brand.
As part of the cross-functional team, this position will provide input into the Strategic and Tactical Marketing plans applying digital know-how, customer insights, competitive intelligence information, and unmet needs to develop and execute initiatives that will drive revenue and share growth for Circassia’s fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) products.
This role also requires interface and collaboration directly with several internal Circassia departments, including global digital marketing, sales, regulatory, medical and legal teams, , to setup digital marketing plan, tools/system and implement promotional programs that adhere to regional regulatory and legal requirements and Circassia guidelines.
Specific / Other responsibilities will include:
? Partner with Global Digital Team to maintain processes and procedures to ensure best
practices and quality deliverables
? Develop, maintain and execute tactical plans aligned with digital first strategic objectives,
leveraging these plans to support market expansion and penetration
? Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (including Sales,
Medical Affairs, Device Development, Commercial Operations, Finance) to achieve
brand objectives
? Ensure projects are delivered within plan and budget by providing regular reporting on
performance metrics, analysing feedback, and proposing changes and improvements
when necessary
? Ownership and responsibility for the China NIOX website, ensuring content is up to date
and consistent with strategic brand objectives
? Develop and Coordinate special marketing / informational projects on FeNO / NIOX (e.
g., workshops, webinars)
? Liaise with creative and advertising agencies for campaign development and execution
? End-to-end digital campaign management (segments, creative, workflows, deployment,
and reporting) in our key markets
? Provide weekly and monthly report. Releases approved materials to agencies and
vendor partners for production file completion
? Stay up-to-date with industry competitors and competitive product developments
? Stay on the cutting edge of emerging media and technology trends and navigate the
appropriate use and planning for emerging technology, such as social media, mobile,
evolutionary web development, etc.
? Compliance with all relevant Circassia policies, procedures, and processes
Qualifications and/or experience required to perform the role
? Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, including digital marketing, computer science, ecommerce,
marketing, and communications
? experience in digital marketing, and/or related agency experience in medical related
companies
? Ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently and as a part of diverse teams.
Must be self-motivated and have the drive to work with a sense of ownership for the
position and department
? Ability to understand challenges, resolve problems promptly, and drive for results,
demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness
? Understanding of business implications of decisions; aligns work with strategic goals,
contributes to profits and revenue; conserves organisational resources
? Working knowledge of SEO, paid media, social media, and analytics
? Interest and knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MS SQL, and IIS
? Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
? Experience with Veeva iRep CRM and Shopify e-commerce a plus
