The China subsidiary of a global market leader, an Israeli innovative medical company is now recruiting a Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities and duties:

• Supporting MIS China Sales & Marketing Team to coordinate all marketing events and sales activities
• Assisting Sales & Marketing Team to communicate with all regional distributors
• Responsible to prepare government bidding documents and attend the bidding on behalf of the company
• Assisting Sales & Marketing Team to communicate with and manage KOLs
• Supporting Sales & Marketing Team to manage all demo products for market event and all training products
• Collecting and filing all market event documents, sales and distributor management documents
• Collecting and analysis all market information
• Write and uploading reviews & articles to MIS social network outlets (Wechat, Weibo, etc)
• Support translation work when needed

Key Requirements:

• University bachelor degree: Marketing, English, Dentistry/Medicine
• Education or background in dental/medical field- an advantage
• Having experience of planning and organizing event
• Good command in English – writing & Speaking
• Sufficient Microsoft office skills
• Good proficiency in Chinese writing
• Willing to travel on a regular basis
