Job Description & Summary
A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.
Our Events team identifies or plans targeted sales and marketing events that assists PwC expand its client base and enhance our brand. As part of our team, you’ll help arrange or identify relevant marketing events based on business needs and practice areas.
Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders within the department and designated lines of service and/or industry groups to execute and deliver the marketing initiatives that drive the marketing strategy;
Coordinate with other sub-teams within the department including internal media, graphics, video, web & database and social media etc to ensure cohesive and comprehensive delivery of marketing services;
Collaborate with the team to support internal and external events including conferences, seminars, road shows, other firmwide initiatives and regional projects;
Provide data management, logistics and on-site support for events;
Assist in writing, translation and proof-reading for events and marketing purposes, ensuring a high professional standard and consistency across all external and internal communications collateral;
Track and measure effectiveness;
Liaise with vendors and ensure all final deliverables are in compliance with brand guidelines and firmwide communications policies.
Requirements
Education & Experience
University degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related disciplines;
Minimum four years of relevant experience, preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment;
Must be an effective communicator;
Prior working experience with people from diverse cultures and in a multi-national organisation is an asset.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese;
Demonstrates great commitment and work with positive attitude under pressure;
Good conflict resolution skills displaying a flexible approach to problem solving;
Ability to manage multi-tasks in a dynamic working environment;
A good team player with strong organisational and project management skills;
Ability to lead/drive projects independently while working effectively in a dynamic team;
Skilled in computer software including MS Office.
