We are looking for a vibrant, well connected, corporate Marketing, Communications and Sponsorships expert to increase the exposure and awareness of our cafe and coffee distribution business. We believe that now that we have been running for over two years we are confident in our operations and are looking to really grow. Wong Chuk Hang is really developing as an area and many corporations are moving in. We are looking for an experienced Marketing, Communications and Sponsorship expert who is connected to the Corporate world to drive our business forward. Corporate Social Responsibility is also extremely important to our business and we want to ensure the Marketing, Communications and Sponsorship expert is also very passionate about helping the community. The duties will include:

• Social media - managing all Social Media channels.
• Corporate Relationship Management including attracting corporations for events, team building, barista services at their offices and other activities. This individual needs to present very well and confidently approach and engage with senior management to generate corporate hospitality opportunities for our business. 
• Corporate Social Responsibility - the individual will need to identify CSR opportunities that align with the business and report on our activities and success. 
• Positioning - helping to position Africa Coffee and Tea as a community/place to gather and not just a coffee shop.
• Event Management - organise, manage and execute various events throughout the year including Happy Hour, special celebrations such as Africa Day, Womens Network Gatherings etc. 
• Womens Network - Africa Coffee and Tea is very passionate about supporting women both inside and outside of Hong Kong. We work with women in Africa and are very passionate about supporting more women here in Hong Kong. We would like for the new hire to champion this and share our passion for the empowerment of Women and Gender Equity. The new hire to also set up and champion a Women's Network in Wong Chuk Hang.

Must have skills and qualities:
A confident, self sufficient, go getter with a positive attitude who exceptional at public speaking. They must be able to confidently approach senior management for corporations to build effective and profitable relationships. The individual must have at least 8 years experience in Marketing, Communications and Sponsorships with extensive knowledge of Social Media and a Bachelor Degree or equivalent. They must be well versed in organising and running events and have a solid Womens Network from which to start the Wong Chuk Hang community. Past experience in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives would be preferred.
