YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Management of marketing activities, including exhibitions, seminars and joint customer events

ü Design, planning and logistics implementation of trade shows and other events

ü Leads generation collection, record in system

ü Coordinate with partners, prepare materials and ensure execution for joint events

• Support on digital marketing program

ü Update RFID/IL China website web pages on time

ü Coordinate with MarComm manager on webpage/WeChat/microsite setup for enhancement of internal and external communications

ü Support on message preparation and ensure on time release for social media and eDM projects

• Support on advertising and public relations

ü Prepare and distribute press releases and editorial to relevant media sources

ü Work with PR agency to support media activities – media briefing info, media event logistics etc.

ü Maintain good relationships with industry media and update the media list in time

• Support on segment marketing programs

ü Produce display and promotional kits for channel partners

ü Assist on promotional campaigns designed for channel customers

• Other tasks assigned by Assistant MarComm Manager
  

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• 1-2 years working experience in marketing & communications
• Knowledge in digital marketing, Wechat, Weibo etc.
• Good comprehension of English language and high proficiency in Chinese
• Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills
• Detail oriented and able to multitask – handing multiple tasks/projects at one time
• Good project management skills, able to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to engage others, develop and maintain effective relationships, build strong network of contacts within the company and the community
• Experience in MS Office programs – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior experience in communications and PR are preferred

EDUCATION:

• University degree or above, Marketing, business, trade related Major
