Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in general administrative functions for the department, including data input, and documentation
- Work closely with suppliers and business partners
- Follow-up sales orders
- Responsible for product photography
- Perform any ad hoc duties as required by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration
- Capability to work independently
- Willing to learn with good interpersonal skills
- Very creative, open minded, good organization and communication skills is a must;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Computer literate, well-versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing
