Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in general administrative functions for the department, including data input, and documentation
  • Work closely with suppliers and business partners
  • Follow-up sales orders
  • Responsible for product photography
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration
  • Capability to work independently
  • Willing to learn with good interpersonal skills
  • Very creative, open minded, good organization and communication skills is a must;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Computer literate, well-versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing
