Job responsibility:
Marketing support:
- Support to marketing team on translation and other paperwork
- Support to samples management work, including delivery/checking/package and etc.
GMO support :
- Support to important clients visit management, including invitation letters/ hotel booking/ transportation arrangement and etc.
- Support to meeting management, including team building / trainings and other important events or projects
- Support GMO daily administrative works, including travel management/ personal affairs /contracts management/payments and other paperwork.
Admin support:
- Receiving and transferring phone calls or block the advertising phone calls politely, accurately and efficiently. Polite visitors' reception. Get the visitor some water or coffee in the reception room.
- Book the flight tickets, train tickets and hotel timely, have the sense of cost saving. Register the booking record and cost confirmation one by one, day after day. Assist in the monthly expense report.
- Daily courier's sen ding and receiving includes domestic china courier and overseas courier. Check the sender and the destinations to combine the couriers in one if the destinations are the same. Register the record and cost confirmation one by one, day after day. Assist in the monthly expense report.
- Purchase, manage and dispatch the office daily use and stationery in order. Take the usage record and keep the record updated. Clean the stationery closet twice a week and keep them in order. .
- Keep the clean status of the receptionist area Keep the clean and in order status of all the courier sheet, courier bag and envelope. Sort out the papers around the office printer area in order to keep a clean and in order statu s persistent.

Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel
- Good English & Chinese communication skills both in written and oral
- High sense of responsibility, patient, detail-oriented, organised, proactive, loyal, good team worker
- 2 years related working experience
