Swiss owned Architecture, Design and Project Management Company present in China since almost 15 years, is looking for a motivated person to introduce in its marketing department. We have successfully designed and managed projects such as office buildings, factories and schools.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Take care and promote company image and projects through online platforms like LinkedIn, Wechat official account, etc
• Assist Marketing Manager, General Manager and Operations Manager to collect information regarding possible projects
• Contact potential clients under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, General Manager and Operations Manager
• Take care of advertisement and other marketing matters under the supervision of the Operations Manager
• Take care of 'corporate identity' matters of the company
• Take care regularly of projects presentations and project list update

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated (1 or 2 years work experience preferred)
• Capability in using Photoshop and other graphic software
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of English (written and oral)
• Good command of Chinese copywriting and presentation skills.

• 负责公司网站、微信公众号与微博等相关栏目/频道的信息搜集、编辑等工作
• 协助市场经理，总经理和运营部经理搜集潜在项目信息
• 在市场经理，总经理和运营部经理的管理下联络潜在客户
• 跟踪项目
• 协助准备投标文件
• 在运营部经理的管理下负责广告以及其他市场事宜
• 负责公司的“公司形象“
• 定期制作项目介绍和更新项目清单

任职资格：

• 大学毕业（***有1-2年的工作经验）
• 能够使用PHOTOSHOP 和其他绘图软件
• 良好的人际关系和沟通技巧
• 英语水平良好（说和写的能力）
• 具有一定的中文文案功底、表达能力。
