Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of the College’s marketing strategy and communication plans, including graphics collection, proof-reading, drafting and preparation of media content, and managing and monitoring the College’s media communication channels. 落实学校市场传播战略和沟通计划的各个方面,包括市场研究数据收集、稿件撰写及校对、媒体内容的起草与准备等等,监管学校各渠道媒体发布的内容
- Assist in media relations management and other aspects of the College’s external communications. 维护与各媒体的关系,管理校外传播内容。
- Assist in with College’s social media accounts to ensure the timely implementation of the media communication plan through these channels. 运营学校各媒体账号,确保按照计划及时执行。
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of the College’s major events. 并协调筹办学校各大活动。
- Assist in co-marketing events and other cooperation with chambers and other organisations. 筹办合作活动,及与其他部门组织间的合作。
- Help with admissions queries, school tours and admissions testing where required. 协助招生工作,包括入学答疑、校园参观和入学考试等方面。
- Maintain the positive and professional brand image of the College at all times. 维护正面专业的校园形象。
- Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 内外相关人员建立积极稳定的关系。
- In addition to the normal duties the job post will be expected to carry out other such duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Director of Admissions and Marketing. 除以上职责外,需执行招生市场总监合理分配的其他工作。
Basic Qualification 基本要求
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a marketing or communications related field 本科及以上学历,市场营销及公共关系相关专业优先考虑
Working Experience 工作经验要求
Relevant work experience or internship in international communication agency, corporate in-house marketing/advertisement department, international school marketing department would be preferred
有外企公关、内部市场/广告部门工作经验、国际学校或酒店相关工作经验着优先
Expertise 任职要求
- Detail oriented team player 在工作中注重细节
- Good at working positively while under pressure善于在压力下保持积极工作
- Excellent English communication skills能流利使用英语沟通
- Ability to copy write in Chinese擅长中文文案撰写
- Experience managing social media platforms (eg.WeChat, MailChimp) preferred有社交平台管理经验(如微信、MailChimp等)
- Organisation and time management skills良好的组织能力和时间管理能力
- Strong ability to multi-task and work to deadlines良好的组织能力和时间管理能力
- Technical proficiency and ability to work with Excel, PowerPoint and Word熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint、 Word等办公软件
