Job Description

1. Perform related administrative duties Schedule appointments and organize all the administrative activities and communication, i.e. office meetings, staff events, etc. l Coordinate conference, travel and accommodation arrangements and related correspondence and prepare agenda as required. l Operate standard office equipment efficiently such as multi-line telephone system, facsimile machine, photocopy machine, computer/printer l Create and update administrative reports/file such as business contract, and expense report, associate annual vacation leave…related to support organization operation l Support key Executives in daily administration incl meeting, communication, filing and operation coordination l Coordinator and manage the business calendar for director -30%

2. Competitor intelligent and business analysis Support marketing team on 1) competitor intelligence – mainly data /product collection, 2) business data analysis from GSAM /consolidation with guidance, 3) collaboration/coordination w/ markets and global by business needs, 4) manage the filing system of library (brochure/magazines/print), product samples…etc. 5) support on business material preparation including power points or any documentations. 6) global concepts translation etc. -35%

3. Assist ABM/BM to deliver new products for the category/brand- 35%

(1) Assist ABM/BM for gate document preparation, (2) working with NPE&D team on packaging brief, costing and PERT, (3) managing NPD in AVON systems; eg. E-profile, Horizon and DOT, (4) follow up with market per need basic, (5) artwork development
