1. Lead the strategic expansion plan for China market

2. Manage time, cost, scope and quality of the CMP development projects(e.g. store, pick-up-point, etc.), including how to organise and work in a simple, lean and cost-efficient way

3. Plan, organise, execute and follow up projects according to IKEA expansion process and applicable delivery methodology 4. Take lead in working across functions, managing and partnering with different stakeholders, within Ingka Group and collaborate with other IKEA units

5. Lead and secure a competent and high performing project team

6. Take lead in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered

1. Deep understand consumer and retail trends that influence home furnishing expectations and shopping behaviour

2. Have strong knowledge of market intelligence in existing and new markets

3. Have rich experience of project management

4. With minimum 5 years of experience of developing business and delivering results

5. With minimum 3 years of experience in leading and influencing teams and managers

6. Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English
