Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and manage progress of all types of insurance claims efficiently, especially cargo claims and ensure speedy settlement of all claims.
• Checking relevant documents received from parties concerned
• Provide insurers with all documentation and information required for the settlement of claims and liaise with clients as necessary
• Prepare claims reports and statistics and attend claims meetings as required
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Candidate with ACII or ANZIIF or IIHK Diploma in Insurance Studies is an advantage
• At least 3-5 years' experience, preferably in handling Marine / Cargo insurance claims.  
• Responsible, self-motivated, proactive with an eye for detail
• Capable to communicate with all levels and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Good organizational skills, meticulous, able to work independently and under time constraints
• Detail oriented, organized with proficiency in using MS Excel, problem-solving and able to meet deadlines and deliver a high standard of service
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin (preferable
