Responsibilities:

• Manage Business:

• To manage and handle the marine insurance business
• To negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters including finalizing slips
• Documentation management
• To handle issues and concern

• Manage Market Relationship:

• Maintain good rapport with all clients and insurers / reinsurers
• Stay updated on market development

• Manage Team:

• Should be a good team leader and communicator
• To maintain harmony within the team
• To make the team dynamic and enthusiastic
• Team should be able to deliver quality service in a timely manner

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Candidate with ACII or ANZIIF or IIHK Diplomas in Insurance Studies 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marine Insurance Industry
• Capable to communicate with all levels and strong customer service orientation
• Good organization skill, meticulous and able to work independently
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Detail orientated, organized with proficiency in using computers, problem-solving system awareness, familiarity with block chain and able to meet deadlines and deliver a high standard of service
• Immediate availability is preferred
