Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES职责:
The position of Marketing & Communications Coordinator is to support the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund Marketing function in the following domains:
? Support hotel visual identity management
? Support hotel advertising
? Support hotel partnership program
? Support all hotel external and internal communications
? Update Hotel database on a regular basis, to allow for marketing communications via various channels
? Prepare hotel presentations including sales presentation, wedding presentation etc.
? Manage all marketing administration e.g. invoicing, preparation of contracts (to be approved by Dir. MARCOM)
OTHER DUTIES 其它相关职责:
? Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.
? Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
? Maintains strong, professional relationship with the relevant representatives from Hilton organisation, business partners and other organisations.
? Responds to changes in the Marketing Communications function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
? Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
? Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
? Minimum of one (1) years of work experience, including marketing experience in hospitality or tourism-related industries
? Advanced fluency in English language
? Through-the-line marketing experience, including offline and online marketing, as well as events management
? Outstanding ability to give attention to detail and multi-task
? Independent and takes initiative with project management
? Proficiency with MS Office Suite
? Experience working in teams and/or projects remotely
? Ability to converse in Mandarin
