How will you make an impact?
 
The Operator II, POROS Manufacturing is responsible for production of POROS chromatography resin and providing assistance to maintenance, and distribution as needed. He/She will encounter recurring work situations with minimal complexity and is expected to be a proactive member of the team. He/She will work on assignments with guidance of senior members of the team.
 
What will you do?             
 

• Perform safety inspections of Safety Showers, Eye Wash Station and Fire Extinguishers
• Maintain batch and equipment records per department’s ISO13485 standards.
• Perform quarterly hose cleanings

• Polymer coating
• Working in and around chemical operations
• Required in process testing to include pH, moisture and size analysis

• Understanding of chemistry (ie acids, Bases, and organic compounds)
• Ability to interpret data, perform basic calculations and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to exert up to 50lbs of force occasionally to lift material as well as push full 55 gallon drums on wheeled dollies.
