Job Responsibilities:

Equipment/tooling troubleshooting.

Provide technical support for mechanics in troubleshooting.

Ensure mechanical spare parts of equipment available and good quality.

Manufacturing documents PFD, PFMEA, PCP, EOP and STC updating.

Train job setters to implement work instructions.

Machine qualification verification.

Work with the assigned quality engineer to ensure that all quality issues are adequately and appropriately addressed.

Provide timely solution/root cause analysis of manufacturing process problems to maintain smooth flow of production.

Analysis of existing production quality problems and take immediate corrective action/solution.

Implement corrective and preventive maintenance actions against assembly.

Ensure mechanical spare parts drawings available and correct.

Accomplish tasks assigned by supervisor and manager.

Familiar with assembly process such as assemble, staking, leak test, welding and related function test. VCP & OCV process will be preferred.

Qualifications:

Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience: 3 years work experience on process engineering. Automotive component manufacturing experience is required. Experience on PFMEA,PFD, process and equipment.

Language： Good communication skills of oral and written English.

Computer ： Computer knowledge (MS Office software is requirement). Preferred able to professionally use word-processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) and presentation packages (Microsoft Power point) for communication

Technical Skill： Knowledge of motor vehicles and drum brakes preferred.

Soft Skill：Auto CAD

Others： Able to travel as required
