As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for new product introduction and transfer, in Electrification Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will train on a production line operator.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring product routing /time study and cycle time setup for a production line.
• Improving continuous productivity through IE study (VSM, waste elimination, line balancing, method study, process improvement, layout, Poka-Yoke, etc.) Capacity and OEE
• Analysis and reduction on Internal scrap, involving customer quality return
• Analyzing and improving on process issue and change follow up management (ECO/ECN)
• Ensuring new product introduction and transfer
• Training on production line operator
• Preparing new fixture design/buyoff/maintenance

Your background

• 2 years in process control or related work, rich experience in the electronic industry
• Setting up production process in IE view based on products characteristic
• Giving requirement of the production line to guarantee quality and efficiency based on working process.
• Experience in assembly and dimension interference analysis, testing experience
• Fluency in English speaking
• A Bachelor’s degree
• Strong sense of teamwork, good communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
