We are looking for a high caliber to help drive various process improvement projects across different functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy while at the same time, review and implement a systematic and disciplined approach to ensure proper controllership is in place to mitigate risks. Key responsibilities shown below:
Responsibilities
- Work closely with different divisions and teams across the organization to understand the current work processes and know the Critical-to-Quality and compliance requirements
- Measure the existing processes and metrics, analyze the processes with merit and demerit and present results with data support
- Redesign, simplify and implement sustainable improvement plan with proper controls to improve our operational efficiency to fuel our growth
- Review, establish and enforce policies and procedures for monitoring internal controls
- Act as a change agent in the adoption of a collaborative problem-solving culture throughout the organization, driving measurable benefits
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- University degree preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or any related disciplines
- Minimum 6 - 8 years’ relevant experience in risk management, controllership and process improvement. Candidate with less experience will be considered for lower position
- Professional Certification such as CPA, CIA or CISA is a plus
- Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management Qualification or related experience is a plus
- Track record of cultural change experience in large organization
- Passionate for driving the well-being of Hong Kong’s economy
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to communicate effectively with staff of different levels
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, result-driven and enjoy connecting with people
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- An initial of 2-years contract will be offered to the successful candidate
