We are now seeking a highly creative Manager, Video & Photo as part of our global creative studio. The person is responsible for developing and editing content and creating photo/video/animated features for various global channels (internal and external) with a strong emphasis on narrative storytelling.

As a Manager, Video & Photo, we rely on you to:

• Develop ideas & storylines to promote company initiatives & brand
• Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
• Execute the creation of video/photo content with supporting motion graphics, music, dialogues, graphics and effects
• Manage projects from conceptualization to completion — ideation, storyboarding, scriptwriting, shooting, editing, graphics, color correction, audio mastering, delivery
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
  

We are looking for someone who:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Film studies, Video & Photo Production, Graphic Design, Cinematography or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in video/photo production and editing required
• Has experience working for luxury brands in Mainland China.
• Experience working in a project-based environment with emphasis on meeting deadlines
• High Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other editing software such as but not limited to Avid, Final Cut Pro, Premier, Photoshop, Photo Mechanic, and Illustrator
