•Bachelor or Master degree of MBA/Finance/Applied Mathematics/Accounting or relevant degrees •A minimum of 5-7 years experiences in ALM area with strong consulting mindset for Manager and Senior Manager, respectively. •Strong knowledge of ALM regulatory guidelines and expectations. •Sound mathematical modelling skills; thorough understanding of macroeconomic and market condition. Prior project management and/or consulting experience is required. •Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities •A proven ability to translate client objectives into deliverable design, and develop deliverables to address complex situations •Group facilitation and presentation skills •Developing colleagues through stretching objectives, feedback and coaching, contributing to their development and providing ongoing support •Demonstrated management skills, including the ability to manage project budgets, and develop strong client relationships. •Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential •Frequent travel may be expected from time to time
